Greetings from PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research (PSGiTech), Coimbatore!

PSGiTech in association with SAP proudly presents PSGiTech Hackfest 2023, which is a national level Hackathon conducted in two levels:
1. Regional Round from 04.07.2023 to 25.07.2023
2. Final Hackathon from 24.08.2023 to 26.08.2023

Themes for PSGiTech Hackfest 2023 are listed below:
1. Climate Action
2. Economic Growth and Job Security
3. Equal Access to Education and Opportunities

Prizes:
First Prize - Rs. 1,50,000 per team
Second Prize - Rs. 1,00,000 per team
Third Prize - Rs. 50,000 per team

Guidelines for Regional Round Hackathon:
1. Students pursuing B.E/B.Tech can participate in teams,
2. A team can have 2 to 4 members with at least one girl participant
3. Regional round Hackathons are conducted at :
a. Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering (SSN), Chennai
b. Thiagarajar College of Engineering and Technology, Madurai,
c. PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
d. St.Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Kannur
e. CHRIST(Deemed to be University), Kengeri Campus, Mysore road, Bengaluru
f. Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KL Deemed to be University), Guntur
4. Registration fee for the regional round is Rs.250 per team and the last date for registration is 25.06.2023
5. All participants in a team should belong to the same institution
6. During the regional round, teams will be asked to present their idea on one of the given three themes

Guidelines for Final Hackathon:
1. Selected teams for the final Hackathon must register separately by paying Rs.2000 per team
2. The final Hackathon will take place at PSGiTech, Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641062
3. In the final Hackathon, teams will be asked to implement and demonstrate the working prototype
